In March 1996, INTERPLEX Group entered China with a very strategic vision. Interplex Electronics (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd. is the first wholly-owned subsidiary of Interplex Group in China. The company is located at No. 3, 8th Street, Hangzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone. The factory covers an area of 20,000 square meters and the factory building area is 14,700 square meters. Dormitory construction area of 2200 square meters, the company registered capital of 6.5 million US dollars, the total investment of 16.25 million US dollars.

    In September 2003, after INTERPLEX Group achieved good development in China, in order to further expand the market in related fields in northern China and seize business opportunities, INTERPLEX Group invested in Dalian, China to set up Interplex  Electronics (Dalian) Co., LTD., with a total area of about 20,000 square meters. One of the first plant construction area of 5000 square meters, the company registered capital of 3 million US dollars, the total investment of 6 million US dollars, in August 2004 to complete the preparation and formal production.

    In June 2004, INTERPLEX Group invested in the establishment of Interplex Industrial (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd. in Hangzhou, covering a total area of 43,000 square meters, of which the first phase of the plant construction area of 8600 square meters. The registered capital of the company is 10.5 million US dollars, the total investment is 25 million US dollars, and it is planned to be put into production in June 2006.
